Key Responsibilities

• Independently execute and manage valuation assignments on an end-to-end basis.
• Undertake valuation studies and demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant valuation methodologies and industry practices.
• Manage the team and monitor the team's work on the day-to-day execution of assignments.
• Review analyses, reports, financial models, and deliverables to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, address client queries, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support smooth project delivery across multiple assignments.
• Take ownership of critical departmental responsibilities to ensure high-quality client servicing and operational efficiency.
• Support business development initiatives and client presentations as required.

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant valuation experience
• Candidates should have hands-on experience in undertaking valuation assignments across real estate and related asset classes.
• Educational Qualification
• Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) - Finance, and/or
• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil / BE Civil)
• Other relevant qualifications may also be considered based on overall experience and suitability.
• Must Have: Valuation experience specifically in Mumbai
