As a Architect & Estimation Excellence - Oracle AI - Senior Manager you will lead client-facing Oracle AI architecture and estimation efforts within our Business Application Consulting practice, helping shape solution approaches that align with client goals and delivery needs. As a Senior Manager you will bring strategic advising, influence, and sound judgment to complex pursuits, directing teams through ambiguity, coaching others, and translating business needs into clear delivery plans across multiple workstreams. In this role at PwC, you will use your Oracle consulting background to support solution design, estimation accuracy, stakeholder communication, and practical recommendations that help clients improve operational performance and move initiatives forward.
Responsibilities
- Leading Oracle architecture and estimation activities for client programs, translating business needs into delivery approaches and implementation plans
- Guiding solution design across Oracle applications, integration points, and process flows to support operational efficiency
- Reviewing project scope, assumptions, effort models, and delivery risks to inform accurate estimates and resourcing decisions
- Advising clients on Oracle technology options, process standardization, and implementation approaches that align with business objectives
- Coordinating cross-functional teams through project planning, architecture reviews, and solution validation activities
- Developing executive-ready materials that communicate estimates, architecture decisions, dependencies, and delivery impacts
- Applying AI fluency and emerging technologies to shape Oracle solution strategies, automation opportunities, and implementation methods
- Coaching team members on technical consultation, requirements elicitation, and technology implementation activities across client engagements
- What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 18+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in any Financials, Supply Chain, Enterprise Performance Management, or Human Capital Management module
- Applying Oracle AI or Oracle Cloud implementation experience in client-facing programs
- Leading architecture and estimation discussions across complex Oracle solution work
- Translating business needs into project scope, estimates, and delivery plans
- Coaching teams through ambiguity while shaping clear client messages
- Validating outcomes, incorporating feedback, and adjusting delivery approaches
