1. What we collect

Quark9 collects information you provide when you sign up, candidate data submitted to your account (CVs, contact details, interview recordings), and limited usage analytics. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

2. How we use it

We use data to provide the platform, train classification models on your own organisation's data only, surface analytics back to you, and ensure platform security. Audit logs are retained for 12 months.

3. Candidate data

Candidate data belongs to your organisation. We process it under your instructions as a data processor. Candidates may request access, correction, or deletion of their data via your support contact, or directly via info@varaisys.com.

4. Storage & security

Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Recordings live in a regional bucket aligned with your data-residency selection (India, EU, or US). SOC 2 Type II underway.

5. International transfers

For EU customers we offer EU-hosted infrastructure. Cross-border transfers, when required, use Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and a single first-party analytics cookie. No advertising trackers.
