About the role
- Laptop & Endpoint Security Management Monitor and manage company laptops for security and productivity purposes. Track user screen activity and generate daily activity reports. Restrict unauthorized USB drives and external storage devices.
- Configure website access restrictions and allow only approved websites. Control software installation permissions and allow installation only through the IT team. Implement company password policies on all laptops.
- Monitor application usage like MS Excel, browsers, and other business applications. Manage laptop security settings, updates, and compliance. Mobile Device Management (MDM) Manage and secure company-provided mobile devices.
- Implement password/PIN security policies on mobile phones. Configure company email IDs for Play Store/App Store access. Allow only approved applications on company mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and manage MDM solutions for mobile monitoring and control. Monitor device compliance and ensure mobile security policies are followed. Additional IT Administration Responsibilities Manage company laptops, desktops, and mobile device inventory.
- Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, and accessories. Manage Windows systems, user accounts, permissions, and troubleshooting. Handle Zoho WorkDrive user access and folder permissions.
- Support IT onboarding and exit process for employees. Install approved software and maintain application records. Manage antivirus, MFA, backup monitoring, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Resolve hardware, software, network, Wi-Fi, and printer-related issues. Required Skills: Experience in IT Administration, Endpoint Security, and Device Management. Knowledge of MDM tools, Endpoint Central, Windows Administration, and basic networking.
- Experience in managing corporate laptops and mobile devices will be preferred.
