• We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support large-scale Workforce and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and executing change management strategies, conducting change impact and readiness assessments, driving stakeholder engagement, planning and delivering communications, designing training programs, and supporting user adoption across complex transformation programs.
• Experience creating training materials, job aids, quick reference guides, facilitator guides, eLearning content, and delivering instructor-led or virtual training is highly preferred. Strong project management skills, including workplan development, governance support, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, dependency management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination, are also essential.
