About this role
We are hiring a Management Consultant to support high-impact client engagements in renewable energy and sustainability sector. You will own workstreams end-to-end and work closely with founders, CXOs, and project leadership teams to translate complex inputs into clear decision options, build structured roadmaps and operating models for scale, and drive stakeholder coordination to close deliverables end-to-end. This is a client-facing role that rewards ownership, pace, and the ability to deliver sharp, execution-ready outputs under ambiguity.
Role: Management Consultant
- Experience: 1–2 years (preferred)
- Preferred exposure: Management Consulting / Renewable Energy / Government Consulting
- Location: Hyderabad/ Vijayawada
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive market assessments and industry analysis across the renewable energy and sustainability ecosystem
- Develop structured strategy frameworks, business plans, and scalable growth roadmaps for client engagements
- Drive financial modelling, valuation, and techno-commercial feasibility analysis for renewable energy projects
- Own end-to-end delivery of client-ready outputs, including insight-driven and storylined executive presentations
- Independently manage client interactions and stakeholder discussions across workstreams
- Support partners in the execution of consulting engagements, including analytical delivery and proposal development
What we’re looking for
- Strong analytical capabilities with structured problem-solving orientation
- Proven experience in financial modelling, valuation, and business case development
- Exposure to strategy, advisory, or management consulting environments preferred
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills with client-ready maturity
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities across both client and internal teams
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of value creation and growth drivers
Education (preferred)
- Graduates/Postgraduates from IITs / IIMs or similar premier institutes
- Strong academic track record
