We are hiring English Transcription Specialist

IOWEB3 Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced English Transcription Specialist for an on-site opportunity in Kharadi, Pune.

We are looking for professionals with 2+ years of professional English transcription experience who have strong English language skills and excellent listening, typing, grammar, spelling, and punctuation abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe English audio and video content accurately into written text.
• Listen carefully to recordings and maintain high levels of transcription accuracy.
• Review and proofread transcripts for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
• Follow required transcription guidelines and quality standards.
• Complete assigned transcription work within the required timelines.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across assigned files.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in English transcription is mandatory.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent listening and typing skills.
• Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
• Prior professional transcription experience is required.
• Candidates must be able to provide valid experience/qualification documents for verification.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Employment Terms

Employment Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 2 months

Based on performance during the contract period, eligible candidates may be considered for a permanent position.

Compensation & Location

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Workplace: On-site

Work Location: Kharadi, Pune

Pune candidates preferred
