Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Jaipur. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished video content for YouTube, brand campaigns, product ads, and social media. Daily tasks include organizing and trimming clips, applying transitions and effects, syncing audio, and ensuring narrative flow and pacing align with project goals. The role involves color grading, basic motion graphics, and integrating graphic elements to enhance visual storytelling. The Video Editor will collaborate with producers, writers, and other creatives to translate briefs into effective video assets, maintain brand consistency, and prepare final exports optimized for various platforms. The position also includes managing project files, meeting deadlines, and contributing ideas to improve content performance and viewer engagement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital-first content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and cinematic visual quality.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower thirds, and visual elements.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion design tools (e.g., After Effects) is beneficial.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and sound design, with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, follow creative direction, and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant experience in video editing for social media, YouTube, or brand content; a portfolio or showreel is strongly preferred.
• Formal education in film, media, design, or a related field is an advantage but not required; equivalent practical experience is valued.
