About the Role

In this role, you will bring together Behavioral Science, Design thinking, Data, and AI to guide product decisions and shape how people work with AI agents. You will explore how users think, build trust, and make decisions when working alongside AI systems. You will partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing leaders to turn these insights into real value for our customers and build products for millions of users.

• What You’ll Do
• Drive Human-AI Research: Lead research studies leveraging a range of qualitative and quantitative approaches to understand what drives user behavior and how people build trust when working with AI.
• Explore & Test New Ideas: Run research to discover new ways people can interact with AI.
• Usability Studies: Gather hands-on user feedback and turn it into practical ideas that shape what features we build and how they function.
• Support Data & Insights Foundation: Help create tools and dashboards that combine different data sources like interview transcripts analysis, product usage to understand how human-AI interactions are evolving and what that means for our product.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Act as the behavioral expert working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to solve complex, open-ended product questions.
• What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 4 to 7 years of hands-on research experience in tech, product, consulting, or applied research environments.
• Behavioral Science Expertise: A strong background in Behavioral Science, Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
• Strong Research Skills: Proven ability to use mixed research methods—combining deep qualitative research (like in-depth interviews and observation) with strong data analysis (like surveys, experiments, and tracking behavioral data).
• Literature Review: Bring together frameworks, insights, and applications of how AI-Human interaction conversations are evolving across Industry and Academia.
• AI Product Experience: Hands-on experience conducting research and shaping strategy for AI tools and agentic workflows.
• Strategic Influence: A clear track record of turning complex user insights into practical product changes and leadership decisions.
• Bonus Points
• Experience working on consumer products (B2C)
• Familiarity with developer tools, coding environments, or no-code/low-code platforms.
