About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on US Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles in the US market.

The role will focus on hiring across GTM, Business Development, Sales, Engineering, and Machine Learning.

You will work closely with US-based hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, build talent pipelines, and drive hiring from initial sourcing through offer closure and joining.

This role requires consistent overlap with US teams. The selected candidate must be comfortable working the 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST shift and using this overlap to drive timely stakeholder discussions, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based roles, from requirement intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and joining.
  • Recruit across GTM, Business Development, Sales, Engineering, and Machine Learning functions.
  • Partner closely with US-based hiring managers and business leaders to understand requirements, define hiring plans, and align on candidate expectations.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates, particularly for niche, senior, and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Conduct initial candidate screens to assess relevant experience, skills, motivation, communication, compensation expectations, and role alignment.
  • Manage interview coordination, feedback follow-ups, candidate communication, and timely process updates.
  • Drive offer discussions, compensation alignment, negotiation, and candidate closure.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ATS records; provide regular updates on pipeline health and hiring progress.
  • Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on US talent markets, hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with strong exposure to US hiring.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles in the US market.
  • Experience hiring across GTM, Business Development, Sales, Engineering, and/or Machine Learning roles.
  • Understanding of US talent markets, candidate expectations, compensation structures, and recruitment practices.
  • Proven ability to source and close candidates through direct and proactive sourcing methods.
  • Experience partnering with US-based hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining hiring quality and process discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
  • Must be comfortable working 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST and ensuring consistent working-hour overlap with US-based teams.

Good to Have

  • Experience recruiting for a high-growth startup, SaaS, AI, or technology company.
  • Experience hiring for leadership and niche/specialist positions.
  • Exposure to multi-location US hiring and compensation benchmarking.
  • Experience using recruitment analytics, automation, or AI-enabled sourcing tools.
