Role Overview

At NeST Digital, we foster a dynamic environment where professionals can learn, grow, and innovate. We're currently seeking a talented TPM in C#, .NET Technologies to join programs driven by our Smart Technology Center in Trivandrum - to design and develop mission critical applications for the industrial manufacturing domain. The candidate will have complete, end-to-end ownership of the application, spanning the entire life-cycle. The ideal candidate is expected to have a solid experience in the .NET technology stack and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust applications for industrial use.

Responsibilities

What We Are Looking for

•  Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust industrial software solutions using C# and .NET technologies.
•  You will manage a team of developers, Test engineers for the development and delivery of solution
•  Technical mentor to the development team, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
•  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.
•  Architect and implement software modules, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability goals.
•  Drive code reviews, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
•  Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.
•  Ensure application performance, uptime and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design

Experience

 At least 10+ years of Industry experience in working and building software applications

•  Proven track record in successfully leading, delivery of Windows based application development projects.

Technical Skills

•  Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework, with a deep understanding of system design principles.
•  Hands-on experience with Windows application development.
•  Familiarity with API integration, validation and debugging
•  Proficiency in WPF, WinForms, or cross-platform tools like Blazer/Xamarin/MAUI.
•  Solid understanding of architecture and design patterns, object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
•  Strong leadership and communication skills.
•  Familiarity with industrial automation systems and platforms.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or engineering

 Interest in learning new tools, languages, workflows, and philosophies

•  Professional certifications Work location: Electronic City, Bangalore (Work from Office)
