Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Engineer III to join our Enterprise Test Data Management team. In this role, you will build data flows while applying transformation for all enterprise system. You will work and interact with storage solutions like Azure Data Lake and Delta Lake. You will help deliver test data, ensure governance and security standards, optimize performance for cost and scalability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• You will design and develop K2View Logical Units (LUs), data flows, business entities, and synchronization processes to deliver secure, compliant, and production-like test data across enterprise platforms, onboard and code for data flow to Integrate data from diverse enterprise platforms including Salesforce, mainframe systems, Oracle, SQL Server, cloud platforms, APIs, and Azure Data Lake environments. You will coach engineers on advanced patterns and best practices, partner with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to develop AI‑ready solutions, and implement governance, security, and compliance. In addition, you will implement data masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, and provisioning solutions that support digital delivery teams, and non-production environments. You will drive optimization and scalability across enterprise test data management platform to support evolving organizational needs.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, India is a requirement of the role.

Mode of Working: This role follows a hybrid work model, with a primary base in Bengaluru. While on-site presence is essential for key engagements, flexibility is offered for remote work based on business needs and team alignment.

Skills And Background You’ll Need

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in digital delivery.
• Technical Skills: Full stack programming experience, knowledge working in various platforms and database types, PySpark and scripting, CI/CD
• Preferred: experience with Python, Databricks, Azure, K2View, ability to operate in mainframe
