- Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide L3 technical support for business-critical applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues and application failures.
- Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and identify permanent solutions for recurring issues.
- Investigate application logs, database issues, exceptions, and performance-related problems.
- Debug and troubleshoot applications developed using Core Java and Spring.
- Write and troubleshoot SQL and PL/SQL queries, procedures, functions, and packages.
- Analyze data issues and perform database-level troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot issues related to JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Work closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams for issue resolution.
- Handle production incidents within defined SLA and support timelines.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and improvements to reduce recurring incidents.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and RCA documents.
- Support application deployments, releases, and production validation activities when required.
