Required Skills: Fiori/UI5

Experience: 8-10 years

Responsibilities

• At least 10 years of proven experience working in Fiori/UI5 with 2-3 full lifecycle implementation of Fiori with in-depth knowledge of ABAP oDATA.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on frontend developer with Fiori/UI5 is preferred.
• Must have developed frontend programs using Fiori/UI5.
• Must have hands-on experience of development on BTP platform.
• Play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing the development activities for SAP Fiori Development / Roll-out / Upgrade / Migration projects.
• Good experience in Development management including planning, tracking, reporting, technical development consulting, migration cutover planning, etc.
• Good SAP process knowledge required for development to work with cross-functional teams in gathering migration requirements and migration rules.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work with team members and other experts to identify and resolve related issues. Understanding of business processes in SAP with proven experience of working as an SAP functional consultant would be a plus.
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge & Technical Solution Design.
• Prior customer-facing roles to ensure client management are mandatory.
• Exhibit effective communication, presentation, and people skills along with demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, including teams working on interfaces.
• Should be a good collaborator, leader to drive the migration team (servant leadership mindset).
