Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Java/J2EE and Microservices to manage a team of 8–10 developers and testers. Candidates must have banking domain experience, team-handling skills, and the ability to manage client interactions and ensure timely project delivery

• Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Hibernate, JPA, and JDBC
• Oracle Database / MS SQL
• SOAP, REST APIs, and API Integration
• JSON, Swagger, and Postman
• Spring Security and Spring Batch
• Git, SVN, Maven, Eclipse, Tomcat, WebLogic, and WebSphere
• Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, React, and .NET
• Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage Java-based projects and lead a team of 8–10 developers and testers.
• Handle project planning, effort estimation, and task delegation.
• Conduct code reviews and prepare/review project documentation.
• Manage client interactions and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Mandatory Requirements
• 8–10 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 2–4 years of banking domain experience.
• Minimum 2 years of team-handling experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Willingness to travel as per client requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or MCA with a postgraduate diploma/degree from a reputed institution.
