Required Experience
5-10+ years overall experience, 3+ years Azure cloud and Databricks administration/support, strong operational and automation background.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Azure and Databricks certifications preferred.
Success Metrics
Platform reliability, security compliance, operational efficiency, performance optimization and cost governance.
Important Hiring Criteria
Immediate joiners preferred. Candidate commitment and genuine interest are mandatory.
- Manage Azure Databricks, ADLS Gen2, Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory environments.
- Monitor platform availability, SLAs, SLOs, incident response and root cause analysis.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code solutions.
- Manage RBAC, IAM, Key Vault, secrets and security governance controls.
- Optimize Databricks clusters, Spark workloads and data pipeline performance.
- Develop automation, observability dashboards and self-healing capabilities.
