What will you do

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and review designs for Water Supply, Sewerage, Storm Water Drainage, WTP, STP, and CETP projects for townships, municipalities, and cities.
• Perform hydraulic analysis, modelling, and design using industry-standard software.
• Develop, calibrate, and validate hydraulic models at macro, zone, and DMA levels.
• Support DMA design, pressure management, network optimization, and rehabilitation planning.
• Review and validate contractor hydraulic model updates during construction and commissioning.
• Prepare detailed designs, technical reports, specifications, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Develop tender specifications, tender documents, and engineering drawings.
• Support master planning activities and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by management.
• Job Requirements
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 20+ years of experience in hydraulic engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in water supply, sewerage, stormwater drainage, hydraulics, and hydrology.
• Proficiency in software such as WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, MIKE, SWMM, EPANET, HEC-RAS, GIS, Civil 3D, SWAT, and HEC-HMS.
• Experience in 1D/2D hydraulic modelling, calibration, and network analysis.
• Strong technical report writing and large data analysis skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex engineering challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Proven client interaction, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and delivery-focused approach.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability to diverse assignments.
