Why this role exists

Medinex Workforce runs on software: recruitment trackers, candidate databases, automation scripts and client-facing tools. Our technical team is small, and every member understands more than one part of the stack. This internship is built for people who are not yet sure which technical path suits them. Over the internship you will rotate across coding, testing and databases, work on small modules inside real projects, and finish knowing what you enjoy and where you are strongest.

Your day-to-day

• Write and test small program modules in a language such as Python, Java, C++ or JavaScript
• Test new features, find bugs and log them clearly with steps to reproduce
• Write basic database queries and help keep application data organised
• Build and update simple web pages or internal tool features
• Pick up small tasks from different projects to see how each team works
• Learn the tools developers use daily, such as Git, GitHub, Postman and VS Code
• Share a short weekly summary of what you worked on and what you learned

You are a good fit if

• You have basic programming knowledge in at least one language
• You understand core computer science subjects such as data structures, DBMS and operating systems
• You have a rough idea of how websites and web applications work
• You learn new tools quickly and take feedback well
• You think logically and ask questions when you are stuck
• You have a laptop and a stable internet connection for full-time remote work

Nice to have, not required

• Familiarity with Git
• A small project or coding practice profile

Who can apply

• Final-year students and recent graduates from B.Tech or B.E. (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE), BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT), MCA or related streams
• Self-taught learners who can show their skills through a GitHub profile or personal project
• Freshers are welcome, and prior work experience is not required
• You must be available to work full-time for the internship period
