Key Responsibilities
- Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness.
- Serve as SPOC for stakeholders addressing inquiries and providing updates.
- Guide the team of processors and oversee their performance.
- Analyze claims to identify trends, detect potential frauds and areas of Improvements.
- Diligently attend to escalation
- Publishing reports to leadership on performance metrices
- Maintain Proper documentation of processes and cross skilling of resources
- Ensure SLA’s & KPI’s are consistently met.
Work Experience
~ 6 to 10 years of experience managing claim reimbursements, especially travel claims.
~ Minimum 1.5 Years as Team Lead, Minimum 10 Team members managed
Skills and Qualification
- Commerce Graduate.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Analytical and Problem solving bent of mind.
- Able to work under pressure to meet timelines.

Technical Experience
- Experience in MS Outlook, MS Excel, SAP
- Must Have Skill : Travel Claims Processing, Reimbursement, MS Excel, SAP HCM/ERP Tool/SuccessFactors, Minimum 1.5 Years as Team Lead, Minimum 10 Team members managed
