Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring for critical business and enabling functions on a 6-month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and networking channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panels.
• Drive offer management, negotiations, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 4-7 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar recruitment platforms.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
