Role Overview
Metayb is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across technology and non-technology roles. The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing skills, effective stakeholder management, and experience handling multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment. Candidates from recruitment consultancy or staffing backgrounds are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to interview coordination, offer discussions, and joining follow-ups.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
- Support technology hiring across software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, data and analytics, and SAP.
- Support non-technology hiring across finance, supply chain, sales, marketing, HR, and other business functions.
- Screen candidates for relevant skills, experience, compensation expectations, notice period, and role suitability.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on requirements, interview progress, and timely feedback.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
- Engage selected candidates throughout the notice period to support successful joining.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and updates in the applicant tracking system.
- Work towards agreed hiring targets, turnaround times, and candidate experience standards.
- Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; an MBA in HR is an advantage.
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm.
- Hands-on experience hiring for both technology and non-technology roles.
- Strong understanding of sourcing methods, Boolean searches, and recruitment portals.
- Ability to assess profiles against role requirements and conduct effective initial screening.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritise multiple requirements and deliver within agreed timelines.
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms and Excel-based recruitment reporting.
- Willingness to work in a contract role.
