What You’ll Do

• Assist in hiring for entry-level and fresher roles across multiple functions
• Source candidates using job portals, social platforms, and referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate calls, and assess fitment
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal panels
• Maintain candidate trackers and ensure timely follow-ups
• Support offer release, documentation, and onboarding coordination
• Act as a bridge between candidates and internal stakeholders
• Contribute ideas to improve hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s student or graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, self-driven, and eager to learn startup hiring
• Comfortable speaking with students, freshers, and working professionals
• Prior internship exposure in Talent Acquisition/HR/EdTech is a plus (not mandatory)

This Talent Acquisition Internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about people, hiring, and building high-performing teams. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain real-world exposure to end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, employer branding, and talent engagement. Selected candidates will receive structured training, personalized mentorship, and hands-on experience working on live hiring projects. The role does not include a fixed stipend. Compensation is performance-based and tied to successful recruitment outcomes and hiring milestones.
