About The Role -

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team at ELUNO. This role will provide hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment data, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.

• Key Responsibilities -
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Instagram, job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls to understand their experience, skills, salary expectations, notice period, and location preferences.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the hiring/retail team.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
• Assist in preparing and sharing interview details, feedback, and candidate updates.
• Support campus hiring, institute outreach, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Assist the HR team with basic HR operations and employee-related activities whenever required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

• Students or graduates pursuing/completed HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Prior recruitment/HR internship experience.
