About the Role

AugmentiqX is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in recruitment agencies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, client handling, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide regular updates.
• Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and meet hiring timelines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a recruitment agency.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is mandatory.
• Experience in client handling and stakeholder management.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
