About The Role

Position: Store Incharge Locations: Bangalore Openings: 6 Experience: 2–5 Years Education: 12th Pass or above Work Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM About the Role We are looking for an experienced Store Incharge to manage day-to-day inventory and floor operations. This is a hands-on role involving stock management, dispatch, receiving, vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store/warehouse floor operations.
• Handle inward and outward stock movements, dispatches, and receipts.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and conduct regular stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with vendors for incoming goods and deliveries.
• Ensure proper quality/QC checks of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Update inventory records in WMS, ERP, or Excel-based systems.
• Ensure proper storage, organization, and movement of inventory.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Report inventory discrepancies and operational issues to the City Manager/Ops Head. Preferred Candidate Profile
• 2–4 years of experience in store, warehouse, inventory, or floor operations.
• Candidates with a background in Quality/QC will be preferred.
• Experience in retail, FMCG distribution, D2C fulfilment, OEM/spare parts stores, or similar environments is preferred.
• Good understanding of inventory management, inward/outward operations, stock reconciliation, and dispatch.
• Comfortable working hands-on on the store/warehouse floor.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with Excel/WMS/ERP is preferred.
