About the role
Job Description
As the Specialist - Marketing, you will coordinate marketing campaigns and create high-quality visual assets. The successful candidate will be expected to support graphic designing, campaign management, operational and all creative deliverables while ensuring all deliverables are accurate, timely and aligned with Wesco Anixter brand guidelines/standard.
Responsibilities
- Executes assigned marketing programs, campaigns, or channel activities end to end
- Produces marketing assets, content, and deliverables aligned to briefs and brand standards
- Coordinates inputs from internal partners, agencies, and vendors to support execution
- Maintains documentation, trackers, and system updates to ensure execution accuracy Applies continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency and program quality
- Design and adapt graphics such as event backdrops, email banners, social posts, digital advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, case studies, datasheets and other marketing materials.
- Prepare print-ready and digital artwork, including image editing, resizing, retouching, and file optimisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field; a Marketing degree is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, graphic design, or a related marketing role
- Demonstrated ability to own discrete workstreams with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong graphic design capabilities with hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW (mandatory).
- Proven experience creating both digital and print marketing collateral, supported by a strong design portfolio. #LM-P1
