UST is looking for an experienced AI Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE) to build and accelerate enterprise AI capabilities through embedded co-development, knowledge transfer, and production-quality AI solution delivery.

Job Responsibilities

As An Enterprise AI Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE), You Will:

• Embed with business and technology owners from project inception through delivery.
• Design and develop production-grade Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Build reusable AI accelerators, workflows, and implementation patterns.
• Develop AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise automation solutions.
• Collaborate directly with designated solution owners while transferring knowledge throughout the engagement.
• Ensure all code, prompts, configurations, evaluations, and architectural decisions are committed to client-controlled repositories.
• Design and implement scalable RAG-based and LLM-powered applications.
• Create architecture documentation, decision logs, and operational runbooks.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to measure performance, reliability, and business outcomes.
• Implement security, governance, and Responsible AI best practices.
• Support capability handoff and ensure teams can independently operate, modify, and extend delivered solutions.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical workshops, and stakeholder demonstrations.

Required Technical Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python development.
• Experience building Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks and intelligent agents.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with REST API development and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
• Experience managing code repositories using Git.
• Ability to design production-ready, scalable AI applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and transfer knowledge to business and technical teams.
