You will design technical solutions for web products and customer requirements, working across APIs, databases, cloud services and software architecture. This role suits an engineer with about two years of experience who can own features end to end. The role is fully remote, with the Indore team as your home base for occasional meetups.

• Department: Engineering - Solutions Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Create technical documentation and solution diagrams.
• Translate product and customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Review existing systems and recommend practical improvements.
• Support pre-sales and onboarding with technical guidance.
• Maintain solution templates and reference architectures.
• Support developers during implementation and technical troubleshooting.
• Evaluate technologies based on scalability, cost and maintainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
• Good to have: Microservices, Event-driven design, GraphQL, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
