MailerMen is looking for a Software Solutions Engineer to join our growing Surat engineering group. You will design technical solutions for web products and customer requirements, working across APIs, databases, cloud services and software architecture. This role suits an early-career engineer with about a year of hands-on experience who wants to take on more ownership. The role is fully remote, with the Surat team as your home base for occasional meetups.

Department: Engineering - Solutions Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

Maintain solution templates and reference architectures.
Review existing systems and recommend practical improvements.
Support developers during implementation and technical troubleshooting.
Create technical documentation and solution diagrams.
Translate product and customer requirements into technical solutions.
Review integration plans for feasibility and risk.
Evaluate technologies based on scalability, cost and maintainability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
Good to have: Terraform, Docker, GraphQL, Microservices, AWS, Event-driven design
