Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Java Developer, you will

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Customize, configure, and extend Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) platforms based on business requirements.
• Analyze existing enterprise application architectures and implement enhancements without disrupting current functionality.
• Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services supporting enterprise workflows.
• Integrate EMM platforms with internal systems and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop microservices-based applications adhering to enterprise architecture standards.
• Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and application modernization initiatives.
• Support and troubleshoot production applications, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
• Develop and maintain SSIS packages for ETL and enterprise data integration processes.
• Perform data transformation, mapping, validation, and error-handling activities across multiple systems.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Support cloud-native deployments and modernization initiatives using Azure services.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices across the team.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.

Required Technical SkillsCore Java Development

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Strong expertise in Java 8 or higher.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and enterprise backend application development.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience designing scalable microservices architectures.
• Expertise in REST API development and integration.

EMM & Enterprise Application Customization

• Hands-on experience working with Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) platforms.
• Experience customizing, configuring, and extending enterprise applications.
• Ability to understand existing enterprise ecosystems and develop enhancements efficiently.
• Experience implementing business workflows and process automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for enterprise applications and integrations.

Integration & Middleware

• Strong experience with JSON, XML, API integrations, and enterprise communication protocols.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with third-party platforms and internal systems.
• Knowledge of service-oriented and event-driven architectures.

SSIS & Data Integration

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Experience developing and maintaining ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading methodologies.
• Experience in database-driven integrations and SQL Server optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing SSIS packages and jobs.

Database Technologies

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
• Expertise in database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience handling large-volume enterprise data integrations.

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud-native backend development and deployment.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.
• Experience supporting enterprise application deployments in cloud environments.
