We are seeking a Software Engineer / SDE at MailerMen (Bhubaneswar). You will design, build and maintain software features across our products, writing clean, tested code and collaborating in an agile team. You should have roughly one year of practical experience and be comfortable working in a collaborative product team. The position is onsite at our Bhubaneswar office, offering close collaboration with the local team.

Department: Engineering Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain application features under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with other developers to deliver product features.
• Refactor legacy modules for readability and testability.
• Learn system design and software engineering best practices.
• Work with APIs, databases and frontend or backend components.
• Investigate and fix production bugs with root-cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews and sprint planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
• Good to have: TypeScript, Redis, Docker, Node.js, Kafka, Java
