MailerMen has an opening for a Software Engineer / SDE based out of Pune. You will design, build and maintain software features across our products, writing clean, tested code and collaborating in an agile team. You will start with guided tasks and gradually take ownership of features under senior mentorship. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Pune office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.

• Department: Engineering Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Contribute to shared libraries and internal tools.
• Participate in code reviews and sprint planning.
• Write clean, readable and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with other developers to deliver product features.
• Debug issues and write basic automated tests.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation and retrospectives.
• Learn system design and software engineering best practices.
• Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
• Good to have: Kafka, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, React, Redis, Go
