Join MailerMen as a Software Engineer / SDE in Surat. You will design, build and maintain software features across our products, writing clean, tested code and collaborating in an agile team. You will start with guided tasks and gradually take ownership of features under senior mentorship. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Surat office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.

Department: Engineering Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain application features under senior guidance.
• Debug issues and write basic automated tests.
• Learn system design and software engineering best practices.
• Refactor legacy modules for readability and testability.
• Participate in code reviews and sprint planning.
• Investigate and fix production bugs with root-cause analysis.
• Write clean, readable and maintainable code.
• Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
• Good to have: Redis, Spring Boot, React, Java, Kafka, TypeScript
