Software Engineer & AI Automation Developer (LLM Research)

We're hiring a full-time developer for a growing company that's building smarter, AI-powered ways of working. We need someone who loves figuring out how things work, builds useful tools, and does the right thing when nobody is checking.

What you'll do

• Research how LLMs process data. We'll share the core concepts, and you take it from there.
• Build automations and small in-house tools that make the team faster
• Turn messy, repetitive workflows into clean, working systems
• Own your tasks end to end, from idea to a working tool
• Communicate clearly with the team and keep your work documented and organized
• Say what you'll do, then do it. If something slips, flag it early.

What we're looking for

• Solid programming skills (Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools (prompting, APIs, RAG, agents), or a strong drive to go deep on them
• A research mindset: you read, test, break things, and explain what you found
• Clear spoken and written English
• Integrity: honest with the team, honest about your work, honest about what you don't know
• The energy to figure out any new domain, tool, or problem without being hand-held A learning mindset. Don't know a tool on this list? That's fine, as long as you're eager to learn it.
