Social Media Marketing Associate

About The Role

Lyzr is hiring a Social Media Marketing Associate to own and grow our presence across social channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who has built an audience before — even a personal page — and understands, viscerally, why some content travels and other content doesn't. You'll work closely with the Marketing team to plan, create, and ship content that builds Lyzr's brand and reach.

What You'll Do

• Own the day-to-day content calendar and posting cadence across our social channels.
• Write and produce content — posts, threads, scripts — quickly and clearly, tailored to each platform.
• Use AI tools for research, drafting, repurposing, and social listening, and know which ones actually save time.
• Track what's working and iterate: tell the difference between a post that resonated and one that got lucky.
• Flag risks, blockers, or resourcing needs early, and manage upward when you need input or approvals.

Must-Haves

• You have grown a brand page from scratch — even if it was your own.
• You understand how social media actually works and what kind of content people consume.
• You can write clearly and quickly, and can tell the difference between a post that travelled and one that got lucky.
• Working knowledge of the latest AI tools used in social and content work — for research, drafting, repurposing, and listening — and a view on which of them actually save time.
• High agency: you take complete ownership of what's assigned to you and carry it all the way through.
• Comfortable managing upward, asking for what you need, and flagging problems early.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience writing for a business or enterprise audience.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn as a channel for reaching senior decision-makers.
