The Opportunity

A global consumer brand is building out its India social and content team and has partnered with Flexiple to bring on a Social Media Manager who can own the brand's voice across platforms. The brand already has a built-in audience; what it needs is someone who can turn that attention into a consistent, growing presence rather than a scattered posting calendar. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

What You'll Own

• Strategy & Content
• Plan and run the social calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Brief and work with designers, video editors, and influencers on content production
• Write captions and copy that match the brand's voice across every post
• Growth & Reporting
• Track engagement, follower growth, and content performance, and adjust the calendar accordingly
• Manage community responses and flag escalations before they become issues
• Report performance to marketing leadership with clear, actionable takeaways

What Makes You a Fit

• 3 to 7 years managing social media for a consumer brand, retail, or D2C business
• A portfolio of campaigns or accounts you've grown, with numbers to show for it
• Strong instincts for what performs on each platform, not a one-size-fits-all calendar
• Comfortable briefing external vendors and creators and managing their output

Good to Have

• Experience running paid social alongside organic content
• Familiarity with social listening or analytics tools
• A network of creators or influencers you've worked with before
