Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and documented.
Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solution designs that align with business objectives, leveraging different technologies.
Implementation Management: Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Integration: Ensure seamless system integration, addressing any technical challenges that may arise. Support Interface development with third party tools like Blackline, Promenta, ADP.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, implementation plans, and testing results.
Training and Support: Provide support for training and support activities to end-users.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. Adhere compliance with GxP requirements.
Responsible for performing all assigned activities in compliance with GxP regulations, company SOPs, and data integrity requirements
