Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Sales department as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Wheels Used financing. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our used vehicle loan portfolio by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in vehicle financing, and possess the ability to assess customer needs, structure appropriate loan products, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This position demands a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and the capability to work collaboratively within a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and used vehicle dealers to promote and increase the bank’s used wheels financing products.
• Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments to evaluate loan applications in compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams including credit, legal, and operations to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer requirements within the used vehicle segment.
• Provide expert guidance to customers on loan products, repayment options, and financial planning to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and manage the loan portfolio to minimize delinquencies and defaults, implementing recovery strategies when necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Train and mentor junior relationship officers and sales staff to build a knowledgeable and effective team.
• Ensure adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements related to vehicle financing and customer data protection.
• Represent the bank at industry events, dealer meets, and community engagements to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
