About the Company

A fast-growing, US-headquartered product company is scaling its India hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a senior delivery leader. You will run the company's most visible programmes and mentor the project managers who run the rest. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you will own complex, multi-team programmes end to end, set the delivery standard, and keep leadership confident that the right work ships on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Programme Delivery
• Own large, cross-functional projects from planning through delivery
• Set realistic scope, timelines, and budgets and hold teams to them
• Resolve competing priorities and unblock teams quickly
• Leadership & Standards
• Coach project managers and raise the bar on delivery practice
• Drive status, risk, and decision reporting to senior stakeholders
• Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5 to 10 years managing projects, with senior or multi-team delivery
• A track record of shipping complex work across functions on time
• Strong stakeholder management and clear, calm communication
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, or an Agile or Scrum certification
• Experience in a product, SaaS, or high-growth environment
• Comfort with a partial US time-zone overlap
