Senior Performance Marketing Execuitve

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage and scale Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Handle and optimize accounts with monthly ad spends of ₹20 Lakhs+ per account.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and advertising platform dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score, providing actionable insights.
• Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize returns.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance.
• Stay updated with the latest platform trends, updates, and digital marketing best practices.
• Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring timely execution, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Lead and manage a team of Performance Marketing Executives, providing guidance, reviewing campaign performance, and ensuring timely execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience managing Lead Generation and E-commerce advertising campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads,
• Experience managing ad spends of ₹20 Lakhs+ per month for individual client accounts.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, budgets, and deadlines effectively.
• Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
