Senior Graphic & Web Designer ( US Shift)

We are looking for a Senior Designer who combines strong visual design craft with deep experience in digital, web, print, and event design; design systems; and modern AI-enabled creative workflows. You will create customer-facing experiences, help teams apply approved standards, and turn successful approaches into reusable systems and workflows.

As part of our central design team, you will help Marketing turn business intent into confident, brand-aligned customer experiences. This role combines hands-on creative work with responsibility for shared systems, reusable assets, quality standards, and practical enablement that improve design quality, confidence, and speed to market.

• AI proficiency is considered a core design competency rather than a specialized skill.
• Work hours expectation: This role is expected to be based in Bengaluru, India and to work regular hours that provide meaningful overlap with U.S. business hours to support close collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders and teams.

What You Will Do

Design and Creative Execution

• Design websites, landing pages, integrated campaigns, presentations, social content, and production-ready print materials that support Marketing and business goals.
• Develop event branding, signage, environmental graphics, booth experiences, and related assets for corporate events, conferences, and customer programs.
• Translate complex requirements into clear visual solutions and deliver polished work from concept through production.
• Collaborate with Marketing, UX, content, development, Brand, and external partners to create cohesive customer experiences.

Design Systems, Governance, and Enablement

• Help evolve shared design systems, Figma libraries, templates, components, asset libraries, and reusable design patterns.
• Support brand and design governance through clear guidance, design reviews, and quality oversight across customer-facing work.
• Create documentation, examples, training materials, and self-service resources that help cross-functional marketing teams work consistently and independently.
• Identify recurring needs and translate successful solutions into reusable standards, workflows, templates, and design patterns.
• AI and Modern Design Workflows
• Use AI-powered tools for ideation, visual exploration, image generation, content adaptation, prototyping, and production support.
• Help define and document approved AI-assisted workflows, including human-review requirements, quality expectations, and responsible-use guidance.
• Support adoption across Marketing through practical examples, reusable prompts and templates, training, and design consultation.
• Ensure AI-assisted outputs meet brand, accessibility, privacy, copyright, intellectual property, and organizational quality expectations before use.
• Collaboration and Leadership
• Serve as a trusted design advisor to cross-functional marketing teams and provide guidance on web, visual design, accessibility, event design, design systems, and modern creative workflows.
• Present design recommendations clearly, build stakeholder alignment, and manage complex assignments with appropriate independence.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to a culture of quality, reuse, responsible innovation, and continuous learning.
• Your Background
• Five or more years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, web design, or a related creative discipline within a corporate software or technology environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating senior-level work across digital, web, brand, print, event, and integrated marketing design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern collaborative digital design workflows.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, templates, and scalable digital experiences.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, usability, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand application.
• Experience creating production-ready print assets and event materials, including print specifications, vendor coordination, signage, environmental graphics, booth experiences, presentations, and related marketing assets.
• Professional experience using AI-powered tools in creative workflows, with the judgment to evaluate, refine, and responsibly apply AI-assisted outputs in line with brand, privacy, accessibility, copyright, intellectual property, and quality expectations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and quality-focused execution skills.
• Written and spoken proficiency in English.
• Ability and willingness to work regular hours with meaningful overlap with U.S. business hours from Bengaluru, India.
• Willing to work in US Time zone [6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST]

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale corporate events, conferences, trade shows, or customer-facing event experiences.
• Experience with motion graphics, video, animation, or interactive content.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive implementation, and front-end development principles.
• Experience supporting design governance, design systems, creative enablement, or distributed design teams.
