Senior Full-Stack Developer – Digital Analytics & Web Instrumentation

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern web development, digital analytics implementation, and web instrumentation. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications. Lead technical initiatives involving product, business, analytics, marketing, and engineering teams. Implement and maintain Adobe Web SDK (alloy.js) and client-side data-layer frameworks. Develop event-driven analytics solutions and manage tagging and instrumentation requirements. Optimize web instrumentation for performance, reliability, scalability, and data accuracy. Establish and maintain data-governance standards across digital properties. Translate complex analytics and technical requirements into clear solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Align technical implementations with business priorities and product roadmaps. Take end-to-end ownership of deliverables, production quality, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, deployment, and ongoing platform enhancements. Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams. Required Skills And Qualifications Minimum seven years of professional software-development experience. Strong full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end systems. Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Python, Git, and modern front-end development practices. Hands-on production experience implementing Adobe Web SDK (alloy.js). Strong understanding of client-side data layers, tag-management systems, and event-driven analytics. Experience with digital analytics implementation and data governance. Proven ability to optimize web applications and analytics instrumentation for performance and scale. Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and technical-leadership skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as a strong team player. Proactive ownership mindset with accountability for delivery quality and production support. Preferred Skills Experience with Adobe Experience Manager component development and analytics instrumentation. Knowledge of AEM, headless CMS platforms, or similar content-management and authoring workflows. Experience with Google Cloud Platform services for deployment, data processing, or analytics pipelines."
