As a Senior Associate – Enterprise & Functional Strategy – Front Office Strategy – Service Strategy you will support future-state service strategy, due diligence, and strategic transformation workstreams for enterprise clients within our Strategy Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, mentor junior team members, and use critical thinking to turn data and market insights into clear recommendations. This role offers the chance to contribute to service process design, platform evaluation, change and training enablement, and market and competitive intelligence in a client support setting.
- In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use a structured consulting approach to map current and future service processes, apply AI and automation to improve service operations, and develop client-ready materials that support decision making. You will also help shape learning content, leadership communications, and adoption plans that support new ways of working, while developing your own technical depth and business context across multiple deliverables and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Leading service strategy workstreams for enterprise clients, including future-state design, due diligence, and transformation planning
- Mapping current-state and future-state service processes and identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation in service operations
- Supporting platform evaluation, functional requirements definition, and customer experience design across service-related solutions
- Developing training strategies, learning materials, leadership communications, and adoption plans that support new ways of working
- Conducting market assessments, competitive benchmarking, trend analysis, and market sizing to inform strategy recommendations
- Structuring complex business problems, synthesizing data, and turning findings into clear recommendations for clients
- Managing timelines, deliverables, and issue tracking across multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail
- Preparing executive-ready presentations and data visuals that translate analysis into concise business narratives
- Building relationships with client teams and internal stakeholders while mentoring junior team members on assigned tasks
- Applying analytical tools, AI-enabled workflows, and visualization platforms to accelerate insight generation and support decision-making
- What You Must Have
- At least a Master of Business Administration's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
