• Head and regulate all securities activities
• Taking Rounds Regularly in Day & Night in all Units
• Responsible for Fire and emergency rescue system
• Should have knowledge of First Aid
• Should have knowledge of Emergency happen in factory
• Responsible for All Material Inwards - Outwards entry
• Responsible for Visitors In-Out register, On Duty Register through Guard/Supervisor
• Handling all inwards and outwards couriers/postages
• Looking after overall Administration work
• Giving Training to the new Joinee Security Guard
• Block Inward Garden & House Keeping Attendance Record
• Contractors Attendance Record
• Security Attendance Record
• Counselling
• Theft matters resolving
• Weighing of Block & Loaded vehicle
