We are looking forward to hire SAP Project Manager Professionals in the following areas :

A Project Manager with 12-15+ years of experience, strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, global rollout management, stakeholder governance, risk management, and delivery leadership. Prior experience managing Professional Services and Finance-related SAP transformations with distributed global teams will be a strong advantage. The role requires close collaboration with business SMEs, functional leads, integration teams, data migration teams, and executive stakeholders across multiple rollout waves.

India (Offshore) with overlap to US and Global Time Zones

Full Time, Immediate and Long Term

Should have good communication skills

The ideal candidate should possess strong SAP implementation and global delivery management experience with proven capability to manage customer stakeholders, system integrator teams, rollout governance, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery quality

SAP Delivery Experience

• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations

• Minimum 1 SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation

• SAP Activate methodology experience

• Global rollout deployment experience

• Multi-country project delivery experience

• Strong understanding of ERP transformation programs

• Data Migration

• Integration Management

• Testing Management

• Cutover Management

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Create and manage detailed project plans.

• Monitor milestones and deliverables.

• Drive weekly progress reviews.

• Manage critical-path activities.

• Ensure adherence to rollout timelines.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as primary customer-facing project lead.

• Manage business SMEs and process owners.

• Coordinate with McLarens leadership and partner teams.

• Facilitate governance meetings and steering reviews.

• Manage escalations and decision tracking.

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain project RAID log.

• Publish weekly status reports.

• Monitor project KPIs.

• Conduct project health checks.

• Ensure SAP Activate quality gate compliance.

Resource Management

• Manage onsite and offshore teams.

• Track consultant utilization.

• Coordinate project staffing.

• Resolve resource risks and conflicts.

Testing & Cutover Management

• Govern SIT and UAT execution.

• Manage defect resolution process.

• Coordinate cutover planning.

• Lead go-live readiness reviews.

• Support hypercare governance.

Risk Management

• Identify project risks proactively.

• Drive mitigation plans.

• Manage dependency tracking.

• Escalate critical issues to leadership."

Should work independently and help other team members as needed

Work with teams to develop testing scope, identify and manage risks within project management processes and standards

Participate in daily team meetings to update and track the status and progress of tasks.
