Mandatory Skills

• Salesforce Platform Development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows)
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio, including:
• OmniScripts
• FlexCards
• DataRaptors
• Integration Procedures
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Good understanding of Salesforce security and data model
• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
• Preferred Skills
• Experience working on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations
• BFSI domain exposure, particularly in:
• Banking
• NBFC
• Insurance
• Asset Management
• Wealth Management
• Understanding of client onboarding, financial accounts, relationship management, portfolio management, and advisory workflows

Strong Preference

• Candidates with hands-on OmniStudio implementation experience across multiple projects
• Candidates with Financial Services Cloud experience
• Candidates who have worked in the Wealth Management domain will be highly preferred
• Mumbai-based candidates or those willing to work in a hybrid model from the client's Vikhroli office Certifications (Good to Have)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
• OmniStudio Developer / Consultant Certification
• Financial Services Cloud Certification
