Ruby on Rails Developer

Senior Ruby on Rails Backend Engineer role focused on building scalable e-commerce applications, particularly payments, billing, checkout, and order management.

• Experience: 6 8 years or 10+ years
• Must-Have Skills: Ruby on Rails
• Location: Pune Hybrid ( Needs Only Locality candidates and initial 2 month remote then its hybrid )
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates serving a maximum of 15 days
• Budget: Candidates with 6 8 years of experience - 35 LPA. candidates with 10+ years of experience --40-45 LPA.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Experienced in developing payment, billing, checkout, and e-commerce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of order management and business workflows.
• Hands on experience with Sidekiq or similar background job frameworks..
• Experienced in building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL/MySQL, database design, and query optimization.
• AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, and CI/CD are a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
