RShiny Developer

• Key Responsibilities*
• :
• Provide support and maintenance for existing RShiny applications
• Develop new RShiny application for use by global user community within Global Development
• Develop scalable and robust code in R, RShiny, and Python
• Provide support for migration of RShiny application between different environments
• Provide support for governance of RShiny apps in multiple environments
• Contribute to R package development and validation
• Contribute to Python package development and validation
• Provide expertise support to programming community regarding RShiny and R development

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or related field is required.

Experience And Skills

A minimum of 10 years of meaningful experience in software development and engineering, clinical development or data science field

High proficiency in RShiny and R development and deployment.

Knowledgeable in modern software design patterns and architectural principles

Must have superb communication, interpersonal, and written skills

Must be able to work independantly and without supervision

Understanding of clinical domain is preferred

Expertise in Python development is a plus.
