A professional-services firm known for its Big-4-style client roster is scaling the operational backbone of its India research centre and has partnered with Flexiple, a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India, to hire this seat. The centre's analysts produce the research; this role makes sure they have what they need to do it on time.

What the coordinator owns

As a Research Coordinator, you sit between the research team and everyone else it depends on: fieldwork vendors, survey panels, respondent lists, and internal stakeholders waiting on a deliverable. You are not building the models or writing the findings; you are making sure the inputs arrive clean and on schedule so the people who do that work are not chasing logistics themselves.

Scheduling and fieldwork

• Plan and track fieldwork calendars across multiple concurrent studies
• Coordinate with external vendors and panel providers on sample delivery and timelines
• Chase, log, and reconcile incoming data so nothing is missing when analysis starts

Coordination and upkeep

• Maintain trackers, contact sheets, and study documentation across the team
• Flag slippage early and re-sequence plans when a vendor or panel runs late
• Liaise with internal engagement teams on deliverable timing and status updates

The profile this seat needs

• 2 to 5 years coordinating fieldwork, vendor relationships, or research operations
• Comfort juggling several live studies and trackers without dropping a thread
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and basic project-tracking tools
• Clear written English for vendor and stakeholder communication

Where extra experience helps

• Prior experience with survey panels, CATI or CAPI vendors, or data-collection agencies
• Exposure to a professional-services or consulting research environment
• A degree in a social science, statistics, or a related field
