Position: Generalist (Must own MacBook)

• Type: Contract
• Compensation: $50–$60/hour
• Location: Remote
• Commitment: 10–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality research questions, answers, and evaluation materials to train advanced language models.
• Evaluate and improve AI model performance through structured research and analysis.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model outputs and training data quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines with flexibility.
• Gather and summarize information from diverse sources to support AI model training.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Macbook with Apple Silicon (ARM) or M-series chip.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or 2-3 years of relevant experience + Bachelor's from a prestigious institution.
• Strong online research and communication skills.
• Ability to gather and clearly summarize information from diverse sources.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Preferred

• Interdisciplinary degree.

• Immediate start preferred.
